The service we provide makes the Glancy Fawcett experience unique. Our team delivers unparalleled care and attention, exceptional knowledge and a genuine passion for our craft. With your own personal Project Manager, we'll work with you, your interior designer, architect or person of choice to help create your interior vision based on your design style and preferences.

Working remotely, at a location convenient to you, or at our showroom, our team will create a tailored presentation of luxury products that are specific to your needs. At this stage, you may be looking simply for inspiration, so a general presentation by product type may be most appropriate. Alternatively, we can tailor it precisely to your needs. We'll create an arrangement that is admired and unique. You can also utilise our in-house Design Team to create something truly personal.

We would be delighted to welcome you to our discrete Manchester Showroom, by private appointment. Our showroom is a unique experience in itself; we take your interior vision and tailor your day and the showroom contents to your brief. Our clients often bring their interior designers, architects and representatives and we work with them to achieve your vision in an intimate and private setting.

We have lasting partnerships with the world's most respected, desired brands and have more than 9,000 products. In one visit to our Manchester Showroom, you can immerse yourself into your design concept & complete your entire outfitting process. The Showroom is only a short journey from Manchester Airport, Barton's private terminal and Manchester Piccadilly train station.

Following your feedback & selections, we provide transparent quotations and liaise directly with suppliers on your behalf. Taking the greatest care and precision we then quality check your items one by one. Our experienced Logistics team work to the highest standards of quality control. Every product that arrives at our warehouse will go through an extensive quality control checking process. Each item is unpacked, inspected, measured and then repacked, before transporting them to their final destination efficiently.

We are with you every step of the way, even after your project has been finalised and delivered. Throughout your life, across sea, land and air, we are there to assist with any additional support needed.
